(1) Pay attention to the display value of the counter class
Investigate the display value of the pressure gauge of the hydraulic circuit, the signal of the pressure switch and other oscillation phenomena and stability at any time, so as to find out whether the hydraulic circuit is normal or not as soon as possible.
(2) Investigate changes in oil temperature
Pay attention to check the change of the highest and lowest oil temperature, and find out the relationship between the oil temperature and the external environment temperature, so as to know whether the capacity of the cooler and the capacity of the oil storage tank is compatible with the surrounding conditions and the operating conditions, and the faults of the cooling system can be eliminated. (3) Do not add load immediately after the hydraulic pump is started
After the hydraulic pump is started, it must be idling without load for a period of time. Especially when the temperature is very low, it must go through the warm-up process to make the hydraulic circuit circulate normally and add pre-load, and confirm the working condition.
(4) Pay attention to the discovery of abnormal phenomena at any time
Abnormal sounds, oscillations, or abnormal signals in the monitoring system must have their reasons. When an abnormal phenomenon is found, immediately find the circuit diagram, follow the diagram to find out, and be careful to investigate whether the abnormal phenomenon is caused by a temporary fault. Evaluate whether parking is required. For example, pressure, load, temperature, time, start-up, stop-time all contain the reasons why abnormal phenomena may occur.
(5) Pay attention to the operation of the machine
Improper planning of the hydraulic circuit or poor manufacturing of components are not easy to find at the initial stage of use, so special attention should be paid to the actions that appear under various operating conditions.
(6) Pay attention to the noise of the hydraulic pump
The new hydraulic pump has less initial wear and is easily affected by air bubbles and dust, poor smoothness at high temperature or overloaded operating conditions, which will cause adverse consequences and make the hydraulic pump abnormally affected.
(7) Check the change of hydraulic oil regularly
Check and analyze the deterioration, discoloration and changes in the degree of pollution of the hydraulic oil every one or two months to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic transmission.
(8) Pay attention to the adjustment in each valve
Fully understand the use of pressure control valves, flow control valves and directional control valves, and pay special attention to the adjustment range and limits, otherwise adjustment errors will not only damage the machinery, but also pose a threat to safety.
(9) Check the condition of the filter
The filter in the circuit should be taken out regularly, and the condition of the filter screen and the dirt adsorbed on the net should be checked, and the quality, quantity and size should be analyzed. In this way, the degree of pollution in the circuit can be investigated, and the excavator accessories can even deduce the source of pollution based on this. Place.
(10) Pay attention to the leakage of the piping part
Whether the piping of hydraulic equipment is good or not can be seen after working for a period of time, check whether there is oil leakage and whether the piping is loose.
(11) Pay attention to the working conditions within three months of the new machine working
During the working period of the new machine, you should master the working conditions, check the maintenance of the machine parts, whether the screws are loose, whether the oil temperature rises abnormally, whether the hydraulic oil deteriorates quickly, and whether the operating conditions meet the regulations, etc.
