K20030068 Excavator joystick pilot valve assembly for SY55The Pilot Valve is a remote control large capacity three way valve. This valve is pilot operated, that is, pressure from the inlet port is used to switch the valve. In some designs, an external pressure signal is used to switch the valve. This can be either gas or fluid pressure.

1.Transport valves upright and never lift them by the easing lever.
2.Safety valves should always be installed with the bonnet vertically upward.
3.Always set at least a 5 psig margin between relief pressure and system operating pressure to ensure tight shut off.
